7.1 Ch Marantz SR5004, Yamaha RSW300 Sub, and 5 Mission Speakers in BRAY PARK, Queensland for sale
This amazing complete surround sound system is in excellent condition and at only 3 years old, consists of a 7.1 Channel Marantz SR5004 receiver, a Yamaha RSW300 Subwoofer, 2 Mission 764 Front standing speakers, 2 Mission 760 rears with stands included, and a Mission 76C centre speaker. High quality speaker cables to set up system are also part of this package... (TV, furniture, consoles and other media in pictures are not included)...
For the purchase price of $5000 (RRP over $7500... Eastwood Hifi, Dural had a crazy sale on when I bought them, NB. these were NOT displays or demos), this was the best sounding system combination I could find after weeks of sound testing at various hifi stores...
The Marantz and Mission speakers together create a slightly warmer sound while retaining fantastic clarity of sound for both music, movies and video games. Tinny quality sound or electronic sounding speakers have always irritated me and much of what is available in this price range does sound tinny... these don't, they sound realistic, natural and I don't find myself physically tiring when listening to these as I do with most others...
They can also get up a VERY high volume with this Marantz amplifier/receiver, with no noticeable distortion of sound or reduction in sound quality that I could discern... really great for epic music and soundtracks...
The double centre Mission 76C speaker has the size and oomph to project great quality speech, music and explosions compared with most of the other centres I've heard in this price range... partly because it's a double, versus most in this price range being singles at the time I purchased...
The Yamaha Subwoofer is amazing... it uses less power than many lesser brands (270W), however even set to half, it still has the power to rattle every internal wall in both mine and my neighbours' well built brick houses while retaining great quality!!
This is an extremely reluctant sale of a system that I really love due to moving house and having no room for it at the new place...
I have the original boxes and manuals for all but the 2 floor standing speakers so transport should be no problem...
