About the room...
1) The vacant room is available 'as is' for $45 per day or $205 per week. You will then be responsible for furnishing the room to meet your requirements.
2) The room can be furnished with a desk, chair, client chair, treatment table if required to keep inline with the rest of the clinic and is available for $50 per day or $220 per week. You will be responsible for any other items such as linen etc as required by you for your particular speciality.

We are happy to offer to full-time tenants only, the use of any, or all, of the following facilities at an additional charge of $25 per week. Facilities include:- internet, eftpos, Clinic online booking calendar.
We also welcome casual users for this office space.
A Therapist of any modality that is successful in renting this space must provide evidence of original qualification, professional association membership and professional indemnity insurance and these items are to be displayed within your office space. You will be responsible for securing your own clientele.
We request a bond of 2 weeks in advance in addition to 2 weeks rent which is to remain 2 weeks in advance at all times.
